“Highlight of our trip to Cuba”

The best time we had in Cuba was our time at Playa Giron with Ivette and Ronel and all the others of the casa. They have been so nice and lovely, anticipated our every wish and greeted us with open arms. The rooms are really nice and clean, you can sit on the veranda in front of the house on great rocking chairs and enjoy your time having a beer from the fridge or go diving with Ronel, a really great diving teacher. They also have 2 bikes you can use and the nature around is amazing, Ivette knows nice guys who can show you everything and every animal there (never seen so many animals in such a short time, they know every detail about the nature there!!). And they are amazing cooks! We had a lot of good meals in Cuba, but never like at this place!!!
I only can remmend you this Casa, one of the most lovely places in Cuba.

The food is excellent by any standards and they will make it whatever way you ask. They speak very good english and are fun to talk to. Ronel is one of the best divemasters I have had in Cuba, he also has some great stories about training in the Cuban navy. The rooms are big and the house is clean and updated, you're free to come and go as you please. Very easy going hosts.

An absolute pleasure. Wonderful food and wonderful people! The perfect hosts to introduce you to Cuba. Travelers from anywhere in the world would be very lucky to land in this safe haven. Beaches, diving, rest, feasts, wine, interesting conversations, and sun.

Stayed here last year. Great casa, nice sleepy historic town, excellent diving especially if you are into macro, exceptional visibility in the winter. Great place for beginner divers too. Ronel and Ivette were great hosts. Excellent experience all round.
